HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
seven.2
A. CHECKING HYDRAULIC OIL LEvEL
The hydraulic oil level should be checked after the showtime 10
hours of operation. Thereafter, check the oil later on every
200 hours of machine operation or monthly, whichever
occurs first.
- Of import -
If the oil level is consistently low, check for leaks
and right immediately.
Wipe dirt and contaminants from around the
1.
reservoir cap. Remove the cap from the hydraulic oil
reservoir.
When the car is "cold" (before operation),
2.
visually check the level of the hydraulic system oil.
Hydraulic system oil level should be in the middle of
the indicator window located on the left side of the
automobile. See Figure 7-2. Exercise NOT overfill; (overfilling
the oil reservoir may crusade oil seepage).
Clean the fill cap and install it onto the reservoir.

B. CHANGING HYDRAULIC OIL
The hydraulic system oil should be inverse later on the first
120 hours of motorcar performance and every 400 hours or
annually thereafter, whichever occurs first. The oil should
likewise be changed if the color of the fluid has become blackness
or milky. A black color and/or a rancid odor usually indicates
possible overheating of the oil, and a milky colour ordinarily
indicates h2o in the hydraulic oil.
- IMPoRtANt -
The hydraulic organisation oil should be inverse if you
notice the presence of water or a rancid odor to
the hydraulic oil.

gain access to the hydraulic expansion reservoir.
Remove the make full cap from the reservoir.
Remove the hydraulic filters from both axles and

allow the fluid to drain into the container. Properly
discard the oil when the system has tuckered
completely. See Figure 7-3.
Once the hydraulic system has drained, install new

Reinstall the filter guards and torque the screws to
